Registration
For security purposes, registration is only possible through the domain myjc.com. If you arrived at the registration page through another URL that this site uses, please renavigate to the site using myjc.com as the domain in order to register. Registration at this site is at the whim of the owner who reserves the rights of private property to monitor, block, evict, remove, and restrict access to any visitors, whether registered or not, for any reason or no reason at all.
Privacy
No personally identifiable information is collected by this web site, other than what you provide.
I will never share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any information you give me without your express, obvious, in-your-face, agreement, except as required by law if that ever became applicable. I do not send unsolicited mass commercial email (NO SPAM!) ever. I do send occasional mass emails to registered users, and persons in my personal address book, but these will not be commercial, they will be informational only. If you are a registered user, you agree to receive these from me. If you want me to delete all information I might have on you, just email that request to me and it's gone.
Collected Data
I collect the name, user id, password and email address of registered users. By registering and entering this data you give tacit approval for me to have it and use it to email you. I collect the name and email address of anyone who sends me an email; by emailing me you have given me tacit approval to email you. When you visit the web site, I collect data on your IP address, your OS, your browser, your ISP, your country of origin, and what pages you visited. When you log in, this information is associated with your user account information as given.
Under 13 Data
If you are under the age of 13, you must send me a written authorization, signed by your parents, in order to register. You may email this to me, or just send me a notification of acceptance via the contact page. If I do not receive this from a registered user under the age of 13, since I have no facility in the program to capture your age, you are assumed to have lied about your age. Parents, if you discover that your child under the age of 13 is a registered user of this site, and you do not wish me to have their information, please notify me and I will immediately delete whatever information on them I have.
